Michela is a qualified lawyer specializing in corporate law. She assists Italian and international clients in relation to extraordinary transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters. She also has significant expertise in retail network development projects, with a particular focus on the drafting and negotiation of lease and shop-in-shop agreements.
After graduating with honors in Law from the University of Milan and spending a period of study in Brussels, Michela has gained a more than ten years of experience at leading law firms and as legal counsel for industry-leading companies, operating in both domestic and international markets.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
