Giorgio has gained expertise in M&A matters and commercial contracts.
He graduated with honours in law from the University of Ferrara with a thesis on European Union Law. During his studies, he completed an internship in a boutique law firm, dealing with insurance credit recovery and civil executions.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
